M.I.. and the project manager, Sukhy ( from Singapore), were very diligent, knowledgeable, & concerned for all areas of this remodel. Mark I. , of Prestige Pool , is an excellent listener, and he provided a design we liked in a timely manner. He demonstrated flexibility listening to our feedback and then improving the design to meet our expectations. My wife's concern was to have a large spa. Mark was the only contractor who really listened to her desires and came up with a design to meet her needs.

 Even with rain delays, the time frame set forth on the contract was met, and Mark kept us informed during the entire process. Anytime we had questions, Mark would either answer the phone or return calls promptly, including during evening hours and on weekends.

I told Mark, i want a pool and a jacuzzi same time. What can you offer? He replied, dont look further, i got the Cesar pool & Jacuzzi for the Cesars like you. They were so nice, installation took 5 days, its like waking up in the morning and suddenly finding your dream pool in your garden. Thanks a lot Mark. Anthony
